<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of a tag label without reducing a protection function of an IC circuit part and to improve convenience when a user sticks the tag label to an object of sticking. <P>SOLUTION: A radio tag IC circuit holding body H is provided with the IC circuit part 151 storing tag information and a protection film 160 which is disposed to cover the IC circuit part 151 and has a narrow part 200 for improving flexibility formed near at least the IC circuit part 151.
