<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP device capable of preventing quality degradation of voice and increase in delay by suppressing contention in communication of voice packets even if a large amount of voice packets occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A VoIP device 102 is connected to a data communication network 101 which guarantees communication quality. It comprises a priority determining part 105 which analyses significance and classifies the conversation in the voice data to be transmitted and dynamically allocates communication priority in data communication network to the classified voice data, and a packet generating part 104 which attaches address information and priority information in communication allocated by the priority determining part to the voice data that is transmitted. Thus, even if a large amount of voice packets occurs, the contention in communication between voice packets is suppressed, to prevent quality degradation of voice and increase in delay. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
