摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated pillar structure capable of detecting many kinds of biomolecules at the same time, having excellent features of a conventional integrated pillar structure, enabling an optical detection method for polarization analysis or fluorescence analysis, not requiring a complicated device constitution and complicated handling like a conventional integrated SPR optical element and capable of simply realizing the detection due to SPR of the same degree as the conventional integrated pillar structure and the conventional SPR optical element. <P>SOLUTION: This optical element comprises the integrated pillar structure having a nanostructure on its surface, preferably on its pillar upper surface.
