<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent single operation by surely stopping a dispersed power source where two or more units are interconnected to a low-voltage system at the accident of a high-voltage distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of an accident of a high-voltage distribution line 140, this single operation preventing device stops the dispersed power source without fail, by opening a switch 20 by means of a switch controller 32 and closing a switch 51 so that it is not single operation, thereby making the demand and supply imbalanced. For this reason, this is equipped with a voltage computer 31, which calculates the effective values of the zero-phase voltage and the line voltage of a high-voltage system, an accident-detecting arithmetic unit 41 which detects grounding or a short-circuit accident in an accident; a switch controller 32 which controls the switch 20 in a low-voltage distribution line 150 and the switch 51 in a resisting short-circuit 50; and the resisting short-circuit 50, which short-circuits the two phases of the low-voltage distribution line 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
