PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device determining a color to be originally displayed and displaying an image with the optimum visibility for a user in outputting the image on the display device. SOLUTION: The image display device includes an internal display device corrector 60 for correcting image data to be displayed on an internal display device 80, an internal display correction data storage 70 for storing in advance correction data corresponding to the device 80, an external display device corrector 61 for correcting image data to be displayed on an external display device 300, and an external display correction data storage 71 for storing in advance correction data corresponding to the external display device 300, thereby displaying the optimum image to be easily viewed by the user according to the characteristics of the internal display device 80 and the external display device 300.
