PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper feedback control according to the operating state of a toroidal type CVT. SOLUTION: A tilt angle feedback control means 82 calculates a tilt angle feedback control instruction value kψxΔψobtained by multiplying a tilt angle feedback gain kψby a deviationΔψbetween a target tilt angleψr and a detected tilt angleψ. An offset amount feedback control means 85 calculates an offset amount feedback control instruction value kx x x obtained by multiplying the offset amount x of a roller rotating shaft by an offset amount feedback gain kx.
