PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a vibration cone to a voice coil bobbin balancing well, using a simple method. SOLUTION: A speaker 10 has a vibration cone 14, that is provided with the voice coil bobbin 28 which operates by action of an electrical signal flowing in a voice coil 16 and a magnet field given to the voice coil 16, a cylindrical neck 34 which vibrates corresponding to the operation of the voice coil bobbin 28, and at the same time, encloses the outer wall 28a of the voice coil bobbin 28 on the other side of a clearance, and an expanding tube 36 which expands outside making the neck 34 as the center; and a damper 12 which is provided with a conductive part 20, including a hole 49 passing through the voice coil bobbin 28 and electrically connected to the voice coil 16, and a projection part 44 inserted in the clearance and installed in the periphery of a hole 49 for supporting the vibration cone 14.
