PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a finer pattern by appropriately adhering and fixing the dot pattern of an injection solution at a desired location on a substrate, when forming an organic EL light-emitting element by utilizing an ink jet injection principle. SOLUTION: A group of the organic EL light-emitting elements are formed by selectively forming a region in which a resin coating 3 is present and a region in which no resin coatings 3 are present on a transparent conductive film 4 on a transparent substrate 5, and a droplet 2 of solution containing an organic EL material is injected and given to a region in which the transparent conductive film 4 is exposed and a region whose periphery is surrounded by the resin coating 3. The resin coating 3 is wet easier than a region in which the transparent conductive film 4 is exposed, and the solution 2 moves to a section in which the transparent conductive film 4 is exposed even if the solution 2 is injected onto the resin coating 3. A transparent conductive film 4' and a transparent substrate 5' are provided also on a surface at the opposite side, and emission display information can be seen from both the surfaces.
