PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound recording/reproducing device which can perform the reproduction by skipping a part of voice data already reproduced, in the reproduction after the recording, and which can selectively delete a part which is judged by a user as unnecessary, among the already reproduced voice data. SOLUTION: The device is provided with: voice output means (10 and 11) for outputting the voice; a voice output control means (1a) for outputting a voice signal corresponding to the voice data to the voice output means (10 and 11); a recording means (4) for recording the voice data, positional information indicating the position of the voice data on the time axis, and the reproduction status whether the part of the voice data specified by the positional information is already reproduced or not; and a reproduction status determination means (1c) for determining the reproduction status of an optional part of the voice data recorded in the recording means (4). When the determination result of the reproduction status determination means (1c) represents an unreproduced state, the voice output control means (1a) outputs the voice corresponding to the unreproduced voice data to the voice output means (10 and 11).
