PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine having an excellent treating or preventing effect on a renal ischemic reperfusion disorder. SOLUTION: The medicine for treating or preventing a renal ischemic reperfusion disorder comprises as an active ingredient a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein R is a nitrogen-containing non-aromatic-heterocyclic group which may be substituted or a like group; A is a linear or branched alkylene group which may be substituted and may contain a double bond or the like in the chain or a like group; X is an oxygen atom or the like; M is an arylene group or the like; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, or the like; R<SP>5</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; m is 0 or an integer of 1 to 6; R<SP>6</SP>is an aryl group which may be substituted or the like; and R<SP>7</SP>is -CO(Y)<SB>p</SB>R<SP>12</SP>(wherein Y is an oxygen atom or the like; p is 0 or 1; and R<SP>12</SP>is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted with e.g. a hydroxy group or the like)] or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt.
