摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating an analytical curve of high reliability and a method of quantifying crystal with smaller lower quantitation limit. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of crystals of various crystalline shapes or degrees of crystallization are independently powdered, and the powdered crystal is measured by specific quantity and mixed to prepare a plurality of kinds of standard mixed powder different from each other in contents of crystalline shapes and degrees of crystallization. Raman spectral of the standard mixed powder is measured, and an analytical curve of the correlation of peak magnitude unique to each crystal or peak strength of characteristic spectral region in the obtained Raman spectral and a weight of each crystalline shape in the standard mixed powder or a degree of crystallization of the standard mixed powder. The quantified crystal sample is powdered, the Raman spectral is measured, and a content of each crystalline shape in the quantified crystalline sample or the degree of crystallization of the crystalline sample is calculated on the basis of the peak magnitude unique to each crystal in the obtained Raman spectral or the peak strength of the characteristic spectral region, and the created analytical curve.
