PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten installation work time of a motor and reducing cost by enabling to install the motor on a throttle body without using an exclusive jig. SOLUTION: This throttle control device is formed on a throttle body 10, has a structure capable of storing a motor 4 under a condition where the same is retained roughly in parallel with an axis of a counter gear, and includes a motor storage space 14a provided with an opening for inserting the motor 4 from an axial direction and a motor fixing flange 40 fixed on a front surface of the motor 4 in a flange shape and attached to an opening circumference edge 14k of the motor storage space 14a under a condition where the motor 4 is stored in the motor storage space 14a.
