PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fuel for power generation unnecessary, not generate carbon dioxide (CO2) and greatly reduce cost as compared with a power generating satellite using solar light and heat. SOLUTION: A power generating system 6 consists of a Fresnel lens 1 collecting solar light and heat, optical fiber 3 leading heat source of about 600°C to 2000°C collected by the Fresnel lens 1, a starling engine 4 driven by the heat source from the optic fiber 3, and a generator 5 driven by the starling engine 4. A microwave generator 11 converting electric power generated by the generator 6 to electric power in a microwave band and a sending antenna 12 sending microwave from the microwave generator 11 are provided on A region side. A receiving antenna 13 receiving microwave from the sending antenna 12 and a converter 14 converting microwave received by the receiving antenna 13 to electric power are provided in B region which is a remote site.
