PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element replacement type filter provided with a structure not loosening up a filter cap in relation to a filter case even if a groove for forming a discharge passage is formed in each screw zone of the oil filter cap and the oil filter case. SOLUTION: The oil filter cap 10 includes a cylindrical main body part 11 and a head part 12 formed out of resin or the like. A male screw zone 100 in which a male screw 13 is carved and provided is provided on an outer circumference surface of the cylindrical main body part 11 toward the head part 12 side from a tip end part side. A first oil release zones 100A, 100B are provided in the male screw zone 100. The first oil release zones 100A, 100B include a groove forming zone 101 having a groove traversing the male screw 13 from a tip end side formed thereon, and a screw remaining zone 102 in which the male screw 13 continuously exists without traversing the male screw 13 in the head part 12 side.
