PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction method in the package of a power generating device comprising an outer wall, a shielding plate and a noise absorbing material fixed to the outer wall by a strut. SOLUTION: There is composed of a package base structure and a noise reduction structure. The combination of the shielding plate and the noise absorbing material forming the noise reduction structure can be locally changed corresponding to a noise producing source. The shielding plate fixed to the strut is secured with a fixed bolt by interposing a vibration-proofing material. The combination of the shielding plate and the noise absorbing material can be locally changed by interposing the outer wall and the shielding plate or the noise absorbing material between the outer wall and the shielding plate to prevent noise irregularity. As for the package base structure, the vibration of the shielding plate occurring by the noise collision can be prevented by securing the shielding plate to the outer wall by the vibration proofing material.
