PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely, solidly, and easily install a vibration control device constituted mainly of a steel plate on a reinforced concrete beam. SOLUTION: Upper and lower parts of this vibration control device (vibration damper 1) are mutually tightened and joined with gusset plates 6A, 6B fixed to upper and lower beams 5A, 5B. A stud dowel 8a and an anchor bolt 8b as a base plate 7 and an anchor 8 are installed on the gusset plates in advance. When constructing a beam on a lower side, the gusset plate on a lower side is fixed to its upper part, a lower part of the vibration control device is temporarily tightened and is arranged in a self-sustaining manner, the gusset plate on an upper side is tightened in an upper part of the vibration control device in advance, a beam on an upper side is constructed, and the gusset plate is fixed to its lower part, and then a lower part of the vibration control device is actually tightened. Or upper and lower beams are constructed by a half precast construction method, and the gusset plates are fixed to a lower part of a half precast member on an upper side in advance.
