PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel conveyor to transport large-sized panels such as liquid crystal panel, plasma panel, etc. capable of easily assembling long-stretching driving carrier wheel shafts. SOLUTION: The wheel conveyor for transporting large-sized panels is equipped with a number of carrier wheels 11 and structured so that long-stretching driving carrier roller shafts 10 corresponding to the width of the object transported G are laid in line in the frame longitudinal direction, wherein each driving carrier wheel shaft 10 is supported at two pints and driven in the condition protruded for such a length as attaining the object end across the width from the two ends by bearings installed on the driving side and the follower side. Forming as a protrusive beam protruding for such a length as attaining the object end across the width from the bearing nearer the other end allows yielding the carrier wheel shaft equipped with the maximum deflection amount between the bearings and the deflection amount of the protrusive end, the two being aligned.
