PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for destroying bridges or rat holes of powder and granular material for destroying the bridges or the rat holes of the powder and the granule generated in a hopper by an air jetting member fixed/mounted between a flange of a lower part of the hopper and a flange of a powder and granular material transporting pipe connected to the hopper. SOLUTION: The apparatus for destroying the bridges or the rat holes of the powder and the granular material is constituted by providing the air jetting member in which a plurality of air jetting holes are made from an outer peripheral wall face or a wall body of an annular body toward an inner peripheral wall face, a fixing means for fixing/mounting the air jetting member between both flanges, an air pipe connected to an air introducing part of the air jetting holes of the air jetting member, a compressed air intermittently feeding apparatus for jetting intermittently a compressed air into the hopper through the air pipe and the air jetting holes of the air jetting member.
