PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle having a receiving platform lifting device capable of largely improving the visibility of a tail lamp in addition to the securement of a damage preventing function of the tail lamp by a safety device. SOLUTION: In the vehicle having a receiving platform lifting device, a slider 4 is liftably inserted into each of posts 2 erected at right and left rear ends of a loading platform 1 of the vehicle, a receiving platform 5 is supported by the slider 4, the receiving platform 5 is made liftable by lifting the slider 4 with a lifting mechanism, and the safety device 7 is provided for preventing a projection projecting forward from the receiving platform 5 in lifting up of the receiving platform 5 from being gripped under the rear end of the loading platform 1. The safety device 7 is arranged under the tail lamp 8 of the vehicle, and is arranged at the lower end part 2a of the post 2.
