The transverse tunnel (41) may fit under a rear parcel shelf in the cab. The tunnel has a cladding (21) with a flat top part (22) and a vertical side part (21.1). A frame (41.1) has side rails (41.2) accommodating small containers in drawers (40) which may be dropped down to near ground level. The side rails may move on a large number of rollers (41.3) fastened to the framework of the tunnel.
