This invention relates to parallel hybrid vehicles. In the inventive hybrid vehicle, an electrical motor and an internal combustion engine, unlike the prior arts, are connected independently from each other to the separate pair of tires. There is no electrical or mechanical connection between the electrical motor and the internal combustion engine. The electrical motor can also operate as a generator and the batteries are charged with the rotational movement transmitted to the electrical motor by the tires via an axle during the motion of the vehicle by means of an internal combustion engine
