<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a medical treatment effect by pulling and stimulating an inside and a surrounding wide range of joints from various directions at an arbitrary angle. <P>SOLUTION: In a traction-type medical treatment device, a wire is hung on movable pulleys, and the angle of the wire is changed by moving the pulleys. In other words, this mechanism makes it possible for the direction of traction to be changed.
