<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of enhancing the communication sensitivity and the operability of a user in wireless communication for a near distance wherein a defect of degraded communication sensitivity due to the effect of a hand and fingers of the user gripping a terminal is avoided in the case of contactless communication and to provide its forming method. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal (101) is provided with a first case (101A) having an input mechanism (10) whereby the user makes entry operation; a contactless communication section (200) for making wireless communication for a near distance with an external device; a second case (101B) with a display section (11) for displaying a communication state of the contactless communication section and entry contents of the entry mechanism; and a hinge mechanism (12) for hinging the first and second cases in an operable/closable way.
