PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically optimize parameters for drawing a tissue elasticity image according to a diagnosis state without troubling operator's hands. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment stepwisely changes frame rates of ultrasonic operation, finds the ratios of strain amounts in the tissue elasticity image obtained by the respective frame rates and sets a frame rate making the ratio maximum. The frame rate is set by setting the number of frame intervals and scanning period, which make the ratio of the strain amount maximum, as the parameters.
