PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof housing for an electronic apparatus with a radio communication function capable of exchanging high-quality data between an electronic apparatus, such as a digital camera incorporated in the waterproof housing, and an external device. SOLUTION: The waterproof housing 1 for an electronic apparatus consists of a housing member 1 assembled in liquidtight manner for putting an electronic apparatus 4 in the inside, a radio communication means 12 provided inside the housing member 1, and a connecting means 15 for electrically connecting the apparatus 4 with the communication means 12 to enable the electronic apparatus 4 to communicate with the outside via the radio communication means 12.
