PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional deviation to the core cover or the like of a commutator, without making cracks to occur in the commutator, suppressing breakage in coil winding. SOLUTION: An annular projector 11 extending in the rotating direction of a core cover, and a plurality of projections 12, extending axially are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hollow part 5 of the core cover 8. The projections 12 are arranged at uniform angular intervals in the rotational direction. Furthermore, an annular lateral groove 17 fitted in the projection part 11 and a vertical groove 18 engaged with the projection 12 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter cylindrical section 16 of the commutator 13 fixed to fit in the core cover 8, thus preventing positional deviation of the commutator 13 in the axial and rotational directions relative to the core cover 8 and the rotary shaft 9.
