PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, prevent work error, secure validity of sent information, and prevent information leakage in mail sending. SOLUTION: Before a user sends E-mail, E-mail addresses, subjects, mail texts, and attached files where necessary are set in a file 1. When all pieces of information necessary for sending such as the E-mail addresses, the subjects, and the mail texts are described in the file 1, a mail sending means 2 sets information necessary for sending in a mailer 3 while sequentially reading the pieces of information set in the file. The mailer 3 sequentially sends E-mails from a communication means 4 on the basis of the set information. It is also favorable to provide the mail sending means 2 with a function of suppressing sending of the mail itself or one part of the mail text when a sending suppress mark is added to the file, a function of sending a plurality of E-mails at specified sending intervals, or the like.
