PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method allowing an advertiser to supply advertisement information to a cellular phone or a personal computer of a specific client without using any personal computer or a cellular phone. SOLUTION: In this method using an image data conversion device 3 connected to a public line network 2 and a mail distribution server 4 connected to the Internet communication network 5 for supplying advertisement information, the image data conversion device 3 converts the advertisement information transmitted from advertisers A, B, and C via the public line network 2 into image data, and the image data are converted into character data to be transmitted to the mail distribution server 4, and the mail distribution server 4 stores mail addresses of cellular phones or personal computers 6 of customers a, b, and c of the advertisers A, B, and C in association with the advertisers A, B, and C and transmits the character data to the cellular phones or personal computers 6 of the customers a, b, and c via the Internet communication network 5.
