PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data telecommunication system for a vehicle which can transmit data stored by a data storage means of the vehicle to outside or which can receive data from an exterior. SOLUTION: If a door lock device 15 is locked, a radio LAN module 16 performs an operation for detecting an external radio LAN module. If an external radio LAN module is detected, a control circuit 4 (on-vehicle computer) starts. Thereafter, if the radio LAN module 16 establishes an external radio LAN module and an external communication link, the control circuit 4 transmits data in a storage 10 to the radio LAN module 16 to the exterior. Further, if the radio LAN module 16 receives data transmitted from the external radio LAN module, the control circuit 4 stores the received data in the storage 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
