PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling lens which can decrease loss light and improve the optical coupling efficiency. SOLUTION: The lens to optical couple light radiated from an optical fiber (10) to the light receiving part of an optical element (20) comprises: a first lens (30) which is located to make the focus coincident with the core end face of the optical fiber and which converts the light emitted from the optical fiber into converged light; and a second lens (40) which is located to make the focus coincident with the light receiving part of the optical element and which condenses the converged light emitted from the first lens to the light receiving part of the optical element.
