DAMAGE SENSOR, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND STRAIN DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage sensor capable of detecting the accumulated value of a strain working to a structure in a required strain range. SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with a ceramic matrix 10 having many voids, insulating fibers 12 arranged with a fixed directivity in the ceramic matrix 10, and conductive routes 6 having respectively a continuous contact structure of many conductive particles 4 along the insulating fibers 12.
