PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a spacer block for reinforced concrete construction and a molding form in which a redundant concrete inevitably left upon concrete construction is used for the other process in the same construction site and a limited material is effectively utilized. SOLUTION: The form is formed in a manner that split grooves 12 are formed in a reverse face of a bottomed tray body 1 having a plurality of housing recess parts 11, 11 in its upper face. The split grooves 12 at least cross the reverse faces of the bottom walls of the housing recess parts 11, 11, respectively. Each of the housing recess parts 11, 11 is filled with an unhardened concrete material. After the concrete is hardened, the form is removed from the concrete hardened inside the housing recess part 11 to be block-like by breaking the bottom wall face along the split grooves 12 formed in the reverse face of the bottom wall of the tray body 1, and the block 2 is taken out.
