ROOF MATERIAL AND ANNULAR WATERPROOF MEMBER WITH FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof material capable of effectively and surely preventing rainwater flowing backward on the roof material by wind from reaching a nailing part, and inexpensively manufacturable by using an existing manufacturing facility for forming a conventionally used plate-like roof material. SOLUTION: A ridge side part of an upper surface of a plate-like roof material body 2 is formed into an overlapping surface part 3 overlapping with the roof material body 2 of the upper stage. The nailing part 5 is formed in the overlapping surface part 3 of the roof material body 2. An elastic annular waterproof member 8 separate from the roof material body 2 is stuck to the overlapping surface part 3 of the roof material body 2 by surrounding the nailing part 5.
