PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for smoothly and stably transporting liquid having unstable properties, such as a latex before stopping polymerization, in a large amount without causing generation of aggregate and without causing plugging of a pump and a line; to provide a transporting device; and to provide an apparatus for producing a latex rubber utilizing them. SOLUTION: The method for transporting the liquid involves transporting the liquid generating≥0.2 wt.% aggregate by a mechanical sheer force-imparting test using a Maron mechanical stability tester by using a pump regulated so that the liquid may be transported by a viscous friction phenomenon of a boundary layer. The transporting device of the liquid has the first reactor 10, the second reactor 11 and the pump 12 for transporting the liquid from the first reactor 10 to the second reactor 11.
