PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spreader composition for agrochemicals having high surface activity and low foamability. SOLUTION: This low-foaming spreader composition comprises 51-99.9 pts. mass of (A) a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane having an organic group represented by formula (2) and 0.1-49 pts. mass of (B) a glycerol-modified organopolysiloxane having an organic group represented by formula (4), wherein the sum of the component (A) and the component (B) is 100 pts. mass.
