PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device improved in its food storing performance inside of a door, and having high usability with small door opening force, and to provide a refrigerator capable of reducing the power consumption by applying the door device. SOLUTION: This door device and the refrigerator capable of bringing movable partitioning bodies 73, 74 closely into contact with each other and releasing them from each other with a simple constitution can be achieved by mounting the movable partitioning bodies 73, 74 mounted on frame plates 51, 52 on non-supporting-side side faces of double doors 46, 47 mounted on an opening part of a refrigeration chamber formed at an upper part of a heat insulating casing, mounting projections 110 for operating curved faces of guide groove parts 111, 112 of upper and lower parts of the partitioning bodies on a top face or a bottom face of the refrigeration chamber, and moving only the movable partitioning bodies 73, 74 in parallel with the doors in interlocking with the opening and closing operation of the doors 46, 47.
