PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation air conditioning (cooling/heating) system for efficiently uniformly cooling or heating a floor surface or a ceiling surface by the air blown out from an air conditioner and a heat storage electric heater. SOLUTION: The cold air or the warm air produced by the air conditioner and the heat storage electric heater 6 are sent to a plurality of nonflammable resin film ducts 17 with airflow converters, and the cold air or the warm air of horizontal flow in the ducts is converted into the vertical airflow by an air flow direction converter 12, and collided with a lower face of a floor base board 3 and an upper face of a ceiling material 14 to be radially diffused, thus a floor finishing material 4 and a ceiling material 14 are efficiently and uniformly cooled or heated, and the effect of cold radiation or the warm radiation heat produced from the floor finishing material 4 and the ceiling material 14 can be improved to perform the floor and ceiling radiation air conditioning (cooling/heating). The cold air or the hot air after heating or cooling the floor finishing material and the ceiling material is blown out into a living room to cool or heat the air of the living room, and circulated and utilized in the air conditioner and the heat storage electric heater again.
