PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean air device with a casing capable of being manufactured even by others than a person having a skill for easily managing the amount of adhesive to be applied, using the adhesive for improving the air tightness of joint portions and reducing caulking work to lower manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the clean air device such as a filter unit to be installed in a clean room for creating clean air, a clean bench, a safety cabinet, or an air shower device to be installed on the doorway of the clean room, the casing constituting the device consists of a plurality of joined case components 1, 4. A groove 2 and a protrusion 5 are deformed and provided in the joint face of one case component 1 and on the joint face of the other case component 4, respectively, and the adhesive 3 is used for the joint faces.
