PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping type torque hinge or a vibration damping type torque limiter formed in a simple and small-sized structure and capable of damping vibration caused by an external force in a short time. SOLUTION: This torque transmission mechanism comprises an inside member such as a shaft or an inner ring member, an intermediate member having an inner wall surface producing a torque with the outer surface of the inside member, and an outside member such as a housing having a storage hollow part storing the intermediate member so as not to be rotated.
