PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine having a new rolling-in path for making game balls roll into a course changing member. SOLUTION: With this pinball game machine, the new rolling-in path for game balls which has not been seen in a conventional one wherein game balls drop from a flowing passage constituent member 60 provided above the course changing member 61 and roll into the course changing member 61 can be provided. The central position in the width direction of a ball exit 65 is arranged at a position being shifted to the outside from the central position of a central grooved recess section 68A in the width direction of the central grooved recess section 68A, and also, being shifted to the inside from the top of an upper crest protruding section 68C. Therefore, game balls which are discharged from the ball exit 65 are made to collide with a tilted part on the bottom surface of the central grooved recess section 68A, and swing along the curved bottom surface of the central grooved recess section 68A.
