PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injured tissue treatment device having uniform decompression and suction effects, suckingly removing exudate and the like from a tissue injury site by a necessary and sufficient amount and uniformly feeding liquid such as nutrient and gas such as oxygen to the tissue injury site in the decompression treatment of a wound. SOLUTION: A hollow frame 3 connected to a vacuum pump via a suction port 3b provided in its outer circumferential part and pierced with a plurality of fine holes 3c in its internal circumferential face is disposed around the circumference of a liquid retaining sheet 2 covering the injury site of the tissue T, the vacuum pump is actuated with the upper face of the hollow frame 3 airtightly covered with a cover sheet 5 with gas- and liquid-impermeability and flexibility to decompress a space part 4 formed in the internal circumferential side of the hollow frame 3 and suckingly remove the exudate and the like from the injury site contained in the liquid retaining sheet 2.
