TRANSMISSION OUTPUT CONTROL CIRCUIT, AND WIRELESS DEVICE USING THE SAME

A transmission output control circuit connects one end of a coupling capacitor (24) and one end of a main line (30) of a directive coupler (28) with an output terminal (29) of a power amplifier (21). A switch (33) for connecting the other terminal of the coupling capacitor (24) and one terminal of an auxiliary line (31) of the directive coupler (28) with either a cathode of a first diode (23) or a second terminal resistor (35) is disposed in a power amplifier device (20). The connection with the coupling capacitor (24) or the directive coupler (28) is made by selecting the switch (33). This configuration can provide the stable transmission output control circuit which can widely meet a dynamic range needed for detecting a transmission output signal level.
