<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device allowing easy replacing of an airbag module. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a double-opening type opening scheduled part 3 to swell an airbag 2, an instrument panel 6 integrally formed with an airbag door 5 having a leg part 4 stood around the opening scheduled part 3, an airbag module cover 8 (hereinafter referred to as a cover 8) arranged inside the instrument panel 6, mounted with the airbag 2 at the inside and having a swelling port 7 of the airbag 2, hooks 9a and 9b provided outward in the vicinity of an edge of the swelling port 7, and opening parts 10a and 10b provided on side surfaces of one side and the other side of the leg part 4 and engaged with the hooks 9a and 9b.
