<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector and a fuel cell system provided with this capable of enhancing circulation performance even in the state that a flow rate is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the ejector 5, a second fluid is sucked by a negative pressure generated by a first fluid flowing out from a nozzle 11 and the two fluids are merged and flowed out. A nozzle 11 has a first opening 11a for flowing out the first fluid at a distal end and has a second opening 11b communicated with the first opening 11a through the inside of the nozzle 11. The ejector is provided with a needle member 20 movable in a central axis direction of the nozzle 11 so as to be fitted or left from the first opening 11a of the nozzle 11.
