<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery having a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid made noncombustible and with high safety, and its electrolytic liquid and its usage. <P>SOLUTION: This is the lithium secondary battery in which a noncombustible fluorinated solvent which lacks in solubility with lithium salt and compatibility with a non-aqueous solvent having high dielectric constant is used as a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid, and the solution in which the lithium salt is dissolved by a non-aqueous solvent having small dipole moment is mutually dissolved or dispersed, and the electrolytic liquid for the secondary battery and its various usages with its protection circuit made free are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
