<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary cell having a good charge and discharge cycle property, an electrical capacity and a conservation property. <P>SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary cell with electrolyte salt dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent, a double-bond content compound expressed as a general formula (I) (In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>represent, each independently, alkyl groups with the carbon numbers 1 to 6 which may be branched, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>represent methylene groups having alkyl groups of no substitution or with the carbon numbers 1 to 4, X represents a vinylene group, 2-butenylene group, or 1,3-butadienylene group.) is included in the nonaqueous electrolyte solution.
