<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the evaluation device of portable electronic equipment for freely changing the bit width of one arbitrary bit or a plurality of bits ranging from the arbitrary bit to another bit constituting transmission data to be transmitted to the portable electronic equipment, and for improving the margin measurement precision of the bit width of data which can be received by the portable electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluation device (1) of portable electronic equipment is provided with a designation means (102) for designating the change object bits of bit width in a transmission bit column, a setting means (103) for setting the change value of the bit width, detection means (104, 105) for detecting bits designated by the designation means from the transmission bit column and control means (104, 105) for controlling the bit width of the bits detected by the detection means based on the change value set by the setting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
