<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottomed box-shaped sandwich molding with a good appearance whose filling amount of core layer resin is larger than that of an existing one with no break through of a skin layer by the core layer resin. <P>SOLUTION: The bottomed box-shaped sandwich molding has at least a roughly rectangular bottom panel part and a gate on the center point of the panel part. When the bottom volume of a triangular area surrounded by the long side of the bottom panel and the line connecting both ends of the long side and the center point of the bottom panel is set as V<SB>1</SB>, and the bottom volume of a triangular area surrounded by the short side of the panel and the line connecting both ends of the short side and the center point of the panel is set as V<SB>2</SB>, the formula satisfies V2>V1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
