PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which is used in an injection mold and ensures the flowability of a resin by keeping high temperature of the resin in the tapering nozzle, which is equipped with a nozzle orifice, provided to a casing provided with a material passage. SOLUTION: A heat transfer body 43 having high heat conductivity is provided between a nozzle constituting dividing piece 44 and a casing body 42 and one side 43A of the heat transfer body 43 is connected to a heater 9 or allowed to approach the heater 9. The joining surfaces of the nozzle constituting dividing piece 44 and the casing body 42 are pressed under predetermined pressure and a DC current and/or a pulse current is allowed to flow through the nozzle constituting dividing piece 44 and the casing body 42 while holding the pressed state to temporarily join the joining surfaces of the nozzle constituting dividing piece 44 and the casing body 42, and the nozzle constituting dividing piece 44 and the casing body 42 in the temporarily joined state are heat-treated at a predetermined atmospheric temperature. The heat of the heater 9 is transmitted to the nozzle 40 to hold the molten state of the resin on the side of the nozzle 40 to ensure the flowability of the resin.
