PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand structure where legs which surely prevent inversion at the time of vertical installation and can prevent inversion without being affected by an external situation such as the irregularity of a floor can almost equally be projected across a handstand face by integrating it with a cabinet of an electronic apparatus, and to provide the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the stand structure having a plurality of legs which can be projected outside the installation face of the cabinet, a plurality of the legs are provided with supports 11 supporting the cabinet and rotators 12a and 12b which are integrated with the supports and can rotate in the installation face of the cabinet.
